These Terms govern your use of the Jiv1.AI app and website (jiv1.ai), operated by Jiv1.Health AI Private Limited (“Jiv1.AI”, “we”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Jiv1.AI is

Jiv1.AI is a healthcare technology platform that connects you with independent, verified providers — doctors, pharmacies, insurers and payment partners. We are a technology facilitator; the care, medicines, insurance and credit are provided by those independent partners.

2. Not a medical emergency service

Jiv1.AI does not provide emergency medical care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital. Information and scores in the app are for guidance only and are not a diagnosis.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use Jiv1.AI. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login secure.

4. Medicines & providers

Medicines are dispensed by independent, licensed partner pharmacies. Consultations are provided by independent, verified practitioners. Jiv1.AI facilitates these services and is not the prescriber or dispenser.

5. Payments, EMI & insurance

Payments are processed by regulated payment partners. Where EMI / Pay-Later is offered, the credit is provided by banks or NBFC partners — Jiv1.AI is not the lender. Insurance products are provided by licensed insurers; coverage is subject to your policy terms.

6. Fees

Charges for services, medicines and any applicable convenience fees are shown before you pay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jiv1.AI is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or on this page.

10. Governing law & contact
