To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@jiv1.ai from your registered email address or phone number, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.

WHAT GETS DELETED
- Your profile (name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email, address)
- KYC identifiers you provided (Aadhaar / PAN details)
- Your health records (symptoms, prescriptions, lab reports, vitals)
- Your uploaded documents and photos
- Your location data and device/usage logs
Payment card, UPI, and bank details are never stored on our servers — they are handled by our licensed payment partner (Cashfree Payments) at checkout.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED (only where the law requires)
- Financial / transaction records (invoices, tax, EMI/insurance settlement) — retained up to 8 years per Indian tax and financial regulations.
- Medical records — retained for the minimum period required under applicable medical-records regulations.
- Records needed to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud.
These retained records are access-restricted and are not used for any other purpose.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
