Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Jiv1.AI account and personal data at any time. Here’s how.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
Open the Jiv1.AI app and go to:
Profile → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete accountConfirm, and your account is deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email
Email support@jiv1.ai from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What happens when you delete
Permanently deleted / anonymised: your name, contact details, profile, and all health information (vitals, records, conditions, Health Score). You are signed out and cannot log back into the account.
Retained (in anonymised form): transaction and financial records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. These are no longer linked to your identity.
Before you delete
- Settle or cancel any active orders, bookings or EMI plans first.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — you’ll need to create a new account to use Jiv1.AI again.
